The words we use shape the way we think. When you repeatedly tell yourself "I can't," your brain stops looking for solutions. But when you say, "I'll find a way," your mind shifts from limitation to possibility.
This doesn't mean every challenge will be easy. It means you're choosing curiosity over defeat, effort over avoidance, and growth over fear.
A small change in language can create a big change in mindset.
Instead of: ❌ "I can't do this."
Try: ✅ "I haven't figured it out yet, but I'll find a way."
The goal isn't blind positivity. The goal is psychological flexibility—the ability to face challenges with the belief that solutions can be explored.
The next time you catch yourself saying, "I can't," ask: "What is one small step I can take right now?"
That single question can transform helplessness into action.
