नमस्कार डॅाक्टर साहेब,
मी नंदकुमार नडगिरे, आपला ठाणे येथील पेशंट (नंबर 19517 / 128).
दिनांक १ एप्रिल २०२६ रोजी पाठवलेली औषधे संपत आली आहेत.
प्रकृतीची सद्यस्थिती ( update ) खालील प्रमाणे आहे.
१) हवामानात कडक ऊन,दमट असे विषम हवामान असून सुद्धा सोरॅसिसचा त्रास खूपच कमी आहे. नेहमी खाज,खपल्या व भुस्सा पडणे बंद झाले आहे. सोरॅसिस पूर्ण कंट्रोल मध्ये आहे.
२) पित्ताशयातील खड्यांमुळे पोटात दुखणेचा होणारा त्रास गेल्या १६ महिन्यात झालेला नाही.
३) रात्री झोपतांना, सकाळी उठतांना काही वेळा काही सेकंद चक्करल्या सारखे वाटत होते. फार घाई गडबड झाल्यावर गरगरल्या / चक्करल्या सारखे वाटत होते. काही क्षण गेल्यावर सर्व ठीक होत होते. सध्या हा व्हर्टिगोचा त्रास बराच कमी जाणवत आहे.
४) चालतांना काही वेळा थोडे भेलकांडल्या सारखे होत होते. चालणे दमदार वाटत नव्हते. सकाळी नाष्टा व औषधे घेतल्यानंतर थोडा वेळ सुन्न झाल्यासारखे वाटते. चक्करल्या सारखे वाटत होते. हा त्रास कमी प्रमाणात जाणवत आहे. मात्र चालतांना अजून पूर्ण आत्मविश्वास वाटत नाही.
५) अॅसिडीटी झाल्या प्रमाणे छातीत व पोटात जळजळणे बंद झाले आहे.
६) प्रोस्टेट ग्लॅंडचा त्रास कमी झाला आहे. मात्र पहाटे अडीच ते साडेतीन दरम्यान मूत्र विसर्जना साठी दररोज उठावे लागते. मूत्र विसर्जन एकाच वेळी पूर्ण न होता थांबून थांबून होते. मूत्रविसर्जन करतांना जळजळ होण्याचे बंद झाले आहे.
७) डाव्या हाताच्या पंजा व बोटांमधील Arthitis चा त्रास कमी झाला आहे. मात्र अद्याप डाव्या हाताची बोटे पूर्णपणे वाकवता येत नाहीत. साधारण ९५ टक्के बोटे वळवता येत आहेत. अजून डावी मुठ पूर्ण आवळता येत नाही. अंगठा सोडून इतर चार बोटांच्या पेर व सांध्यात अद्याप लवचिकता आलेली नाही. सकाळी व संध्याकाळी थोडा वेळ सांधे थोडे दुखतात.
८) डाव्या पायाच्या तळव्यात डाव्या बाजूला व पंजाच्या अंगठ्याच्या मागे चालतांना काही वेळा टोचल्याप्रमाणे दुखण्याचे प्रमाण बरेच कमी झाले आहे. मात्र भराभर चालता येत नाही. संध्याकाळी फिरून आल्यानंतर तळपाय थोडे दुखतात.
९) दररोज संध्याकाळी साधारण दोन किलोमीटर चालणे फिरणे करत आहे.
१०) सांगितलेली पथ्ये पाळत आहे. प्रकृतीत सुधारणा वाटत आहे.
११) वरील लक्षणांप्रमाणे औषधी योजना करावी. ही विनंती.
१२) पथ्यांमध्ये काही बदल असल्यास कळवावे.
