A challenging implant case at Sita Memorial Multispeciality Dental Clinic.

Our patient, the Principal Secretary, Law Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, had severely deficient bone, making conventional implant-supported fixed teeth a challenging proposition. He had previously been advised elsewhere that a fixed prosthesis was not possible.

After detailed clinical and radiographic evaluation, we planned an advanced, customized implant treatment and successfully delivered an implant-supported fixed bridge. ✨

Cases like these remind us why advanced implantology is not just about placing implants—it is about diagnosis, planning, precision and finding solutions when conventional options are limited.

It was a privilege to address a gathering of doctors from Raipur and surrounding areas, sharing insights on recent advances in toothpaste formulations and modern oral care.

The lecture focused on the new molecule in Thermokind Advance Toothpaste, its clinical relevance, and the importance of choosing formulations that are effective, non-irritating and gentle on oral tissues.

We also discussed the role of foaming agents and the commonly used Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) in toothpaste formulations, along with considerations regarding oral tissue irritation and patient tolerance.

A wonderful opportunity to exchange clinical experiences, scientific perspectives and practical knowledge with fellow doctors.
