Over the course of last month a lot of changes happened, and I made the big decision to book and travel to India! So my focus as shifted! And before I leave and once I come back I'd like to express my love for yoga across the whole island of Mauritius 🦤

I'm very lucky...but a week or so ago, I felt very stuck 💔, I found myself hostage of my own apartment, watching TV (and I'm really the opposite of a TV person, I carnt stand it),unable to get off my phone, feeling tearful, not even wanting to get on my mat for and just not myself. I know I'm extremely lucky and I have no real problems anymore. However I think it's also really important to notice no matter how lucky you are; what are your big signs of needing help, change or love are, so you can help yourself and but most importantly give love to others & appreciate life once again.
I feel I really needed life, I needed nature around me, surrounding me, I never realised just how spoilt I was with greenery, gardens, parks, earth 🪱 all my life. And what I'd do without the people in my life who have given me that lifestyle, probably live in a hole somewhere in a forest haha.
I recently moved house from an apartment, to a joint house, where I have a garden, 70s furniture, and I'm extremely close to a beach! My practice is finally flourishing once again.
