ছেলেটা এসেছিলো সর্দি কাঁশি গলা ব্যথা নিয়ে
দেখলাম ভালোই ঠান্ডা লেগে আছে
গলার আওয়াজ ভালো নয়
জিজ্ঞাসা করলাম গলার আওয়াজ কতদিন ধরে খারাপ
বললো ছোটবেলার জিনিস এটা। এরকমই থাকে
কেমন যেন সন্দেহ হল
Indirect laryngoscopy করলাম। দেখলাম কিছু একটা আছে ডানদিকের স্বরজন্ত্রে।
আবার জিজ্ঞাসা করলাম যে ছোটবেলার থেকেই কি এতটা খারাপ?? তখন বললো ৪ মাস ধরে বাড়াবাড়ি হয়েছে
Fibreoptic laryngoscopy হল। দেখলাম এক ধরণের tumour আছে। যথারীতি biopsy করা হল
Report এলো verrucous carcinoma or squamous dysplasia।
Slide রিভিউ করতে পাঠানো হয়েছে
দীর্ঘদিনের অভিজ্ঞতার কারণেই এই ইনডাইরেক্ট laryngoscopy করা কারণ আগেও দুবার এরকম জিনিস miss করে গেছি
তাই সবাইকে বলি গলা ভাঙা থাকলে বা বাধো বাধো থাকলে বা কাঁটার মতো ফুটলে অবশ্যই এসে দেখিয়ে যান আর পরীক্ষা করান।
কারণ অন্য কিছুও থাকতে পারে। 🙏
