युवा महिला में दिल का दौरा!!
तनाव कम करने की कोशिश करें और अपने स्वास्थ्य के प्रति सावधान रहें।

आज एक मामला साझा कर रहे हैं:-

36 वर्षीय महिला मरीज, गंभीर सीने में दर्द की शिकायत लेकर मेरे पास आई। उन्हें कोई ज्ञात सह-बीमारी नहीं थी, वे धूम्रपान नहीं करती थीं, शराब नहीं पीती थीं और उनके परिवार में भी दिल का दौरा पड़ने का कोई इतिहास नहीं था।
लेकिन उनका जीवन तनाव से भरा था।
उनका सीएजी स्कैन किया गया, जिसमें एलसीएक्स धमनी 100% अवरुद्ध पाया गया।

तुरंत कोरोनरी एंजियोप्लास्टी की गई और स्टेंट लगाने के बाद धमनी को सफलतापूर्वक खोल दिया गया और रक्त प्रवाह बहाल हो गया। मरीज की हालत स्थिर है।

36/Female Patient, Presented to me with History of Severe Chest Pain with no known comorbidities, non-smoker, non-alcoholic, no family history..
But full of stressful life..
She was taken up for CAG which was suggestive of 100 % Blocked LCX Artery.
Immediately, taken up for Coronary Angioplasty and the vessel was opened successfully after placement of stent and the blood flow was restored.. Patient is stable..
