Time Never Stops... But One Day, We Do

When I was a child studying in the fifth or seventh grade, my village was full of elderly people. They were the respected faces of our community, the people we believed would always be there. Today, at the age of 31, I look around and realise that hardly any of them are still alive. One generation quietly departs, and another takes its place. This is the unchanging law of Allah. We witness it every day, yet we often live as though our own turn will never come.

Life is astonishingly short. Every passing day brings us closer to our meeting with Allah. Wealth, fame, and worldly achievements will remain behind, but every second spent in obedience to Allah, every sincere prayer, every act of kindness, and every good deed will accompany us into the Hereafter.

Allah Almighty reminds us in the Qur'an:

«"By Time. Indeed, mankind is in loss, except those who believe, do righteous deeds, encourage one another to the truth, and encourage one another to patience." (Surah Al-'Asr 103:1–3)»

And Allah also says:

«"Every soul shall taste death, and you will only be given your full compensation on the Day of Resurrection." (Surah Aal 'Imran 3:185)»

Our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

«"Take advantage of five before five: your youth before your old age, your health before your sickness, your wealth before your poverty, your free time before your busyness, and your life before your death." (Al-Hakim)»

He ﷺ also said:

«"There are two blessings which many people waste: health and free time." (Sahih al-Bukhari)»

Let us not allow our precious moments to disappear in distractions that bring no benefit. Every minute is a gift from Allah and an opportunity to earn His pleasure. May Allah make us among those who value their time, fill it with righteous deeds, and meet Him with hearts that are pleased and accepted. Ameen.‎ Part 1

🌿 Searching for Peace? Return to Allah 🌿

In a world full of stress, competition, and endless desires, many people search for peace in wealth, status, and worldly achievements. Yet true peace cannot be purchased or inherited. Allah has clearly shown us the path towards inner tranquility.

Allah says:

"Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest." (Surah Ar-Ra'd 13:28)

He also says:

"Whoever does righteous deeds, whether male or female, while being a believer, We will surely grant them a good life." (Surah An-Nahl 16:97)

These beautiful verses remind us that real peace lies in two things: constant remembrance of Allah (Dhikr) and performing good deeds with sincerity. A heart connected to Allah remains calm during hardships, grateful during blessings, and hopeful during trials.

No amount of money, fame, or possessions can provide the peace that Allah places in the hearts of those who remember Him and strive to do good. Let us fill our lives with Salah, Qur'an, Dhikr, kindness, charity, and trust in Allah, for therein lies the secret of a peaceful and meaningful life.

🤲 May Allah fill our hearts with His remembrance and grant us peace in this world and the Hereafter. Ameen.

🔍 Is Your Doctor Really a Specialist? Know Before You Consult!

Your health is too precious to be left to uncertainty. Before consulting any doctor, it is your right to know whether they are genuinely trained in that particular field. Always check the doctor's qualifications, registration number, and specialty training. A few minutes of verification can help you receive the right diagnosis, proper treatment, and avoid unnecessary expenses or complications.

Remember: The right specialist can make all the difference in your journey towards recovery.

🩺 Does Every Slipped Disc (PIVD) Patient Need Surgery? 🤔

Absolutely not. The good news is that most patients with a slipped disc recover without surgery through proper medications, physiotherapy, activity modification, and time.

Surgery (discectomy) is usually reserved for a few important situations....such as progressive weakness, foot drop, cauda equina syndrome (loss of bladder or bowel control), or severe leg pain that persists despite 6–12 weeks of proper conservative treatment.

Remember: A slipped disc on MRI alone is not a reason for surgery. The patient's symptoms and neurological examination are far more important than the scan itself.

The right patient, at the right time, for the right surgery....that is the key to the best outcome.

💉 Injection Abscess: Don't Panic...Know the Truth!

Many people believe that if an abscess develops after an injection, it always means the injection was given incorrectly. That is a myth. A gluteal abscess is a rare but recognized complication that can occur even when the injection is administered properly and all recommended precautions are followed. Although some cases are preventable, it is not an absolutely preventable condition.

The most important message is this: A gluteal abscess is highly treatable. In its early stage, it may respond to antibiotics. If an organized abscess forms, a simple drainage procedure usually leads to complete recovery.

Through this video, I aim to spread awareness, clear common misconceptions, and encourage people to seek timely medical care instead of blaming healthcare providers without understanding the facts. Knowledge replaces fear, and early treatment brings the best outcomes.
