આપણે ઘણી વખત એક જ ભૂલ કરીએ છીએ:

🤒 લક્ષણ દેખાય → પોતાની રીતે દવા શરૂ!
💊 પડોશીએ લીધી → આપણે પણ લઈ લીધી!
📦 જૂની દવા ઘરે પડી છે → ફરીથી લઈ લીધી!

પણ દવા લેતા પહેલાં 5 પ્રશ્ન જરૂર પૂછો:

1️⃣ આ દવા મને શા માટે આપવામાં આવી છે?
2️⃣ તેની સાચી Dose અને સમય શું છે?
3️⃣ ખાલી પેટે કે જમ્યા પછી?
4️⃣ બીજી દવાઓ સાથે કોઈ interaction તો નથી?
5️⃣ કેટલા દિવસ સુધી લેવી અને ક્યારે બંધ કરવી?

⚠️ ખાસ કરીને Antibiotics પોતાની રીતે શરૂ કે બંધ ન કરવી.
