The Vaidyaratnam Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ๐’๐ก๐ซ๐ข ๐. ๐Œ. ๐Š๐š๐ง๐ค๐š๐ง๐š๐ฐ๐š๐๐ข ๐€๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฏ๐ž๐ ๐Œ๐š๐ก๐š๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ฒ๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ฒ๐š, a constituent unit of KLE Academy of Higher Education & Research (KAHER), Belagavi, on 30 July 2026.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Sreelal Alathur, Assistant General Manager (AGM), Operations, Vaidyaratnam Group, and Dr. Suhas Shetty, Principal, Shri B. M. Kankanawadi Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Belagavi, on behalf of Dr. B. S. Prasad, Director of Integrative Medicine, Clinical Services and Research, KAHER.

The collaboration will initiate a joint clinical trial to standardise the โ€˜๐€๐ฌ๐ก๐ญ๐š ๐•๐š๐ข๐๐ฒ๐š ๐“๐ซ๐š๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐“๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐จ๐œ๐จ๐ฅโ€™ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐œ๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐œ ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐›๐š๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐๐ฒ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ, along with academic and research activities focused on integrative medicine, scientific validation, and integrating technology with traditional Ayurvedic knowledge.

Bridging Ayurveda and Artificial Intelligence: Exploring Future Possibilities in Healthcare Innovation

We were delighted to host Mr Anoop Ambika, CEO, Kerala Startup Mission, and the team as part of their Bio-AI project initiative, exploring the convergence of classical Ayurvedic knowledge and emerging technologies.

Our research team discussed the potential of Artificial Intelligence for Ayurveda in decoding classical textual knowledge systems, advancing personalised healthcare, and automation in pharmaceutical kalpanas along with advanced analytical approaches in understanding Ayurvedic pharmaceutical processes.

The interaction highlighted the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration among Ayurveda researchers, technology innovators, and scientific communities. We look forward to building meaningful collaborations that support startups in translating innovative ideas into impactful healthcare technologies.
