Food is meant to be experienced, not controlled!

Starting solids isn’t about perfect bites or spotless meals.
It’s about helping your little one build a "positive relationship with food" ❤️

Let them ...explore
Let them...feel the textures
Let them...discover new flavours & tastes
And yes… Let it get...messy 🍓🥑🍚

Because the goal isn’t just eating.
It’s raising a child who enjoys food, trusts food, and feels curious around it.

✨ Food should be fun. Food should be explored. Food should be enjoyed.

💧 Can a drop of breast milk in the nose protect your baby’s brain?

Let’s separate science from social media myths👇

✨ Breast milk is truly powerful — it contains:
• Brain-supporting growth factors 🧠
• Stem cells
• Immune-boosting compounds

🔬 Some early research has explored giving breast milk through the nose in preterm babies with brain injury and observed possible improvements in outcomes.

BUT ⚠️
👉 This is still experimental research
👉 Studies are small and not conclusive
👉 It is "NOT a recommended or proven practice" for routine use

💡 What we DO know for sure:
✔️ Breastfeeding supports brain development
✔️ It improves long-term cognitive outcomes
✔️ It is the safest and most effective way to deliver these benefits

❤️ At NUBOND, we believe in:
Evidence-based care + informed parenting decisions

📌 Always consult a healthcare professional before trying anything beyond standard feeding practices.

Colostrum gives your baby immunity to the germs that are in the surrounding environment. It is protective, coating the intestines to fence these germs out so they cannot be absorbed into your baby’s system.

🍼✨ Moms are superheros 🍼✨

Follow - Did you know that providing breastmilk for an entire year takes up roughly 1,800 hours? To put that into perspective, a traditional full-time job is about 1,900 hours annually. The comparison is staggering, and it truly underscores the time, effort, and dedication that goes into breastfeeding alone.

Breastfeeding isn't just a physical act; it's an emotional and spiritual journey shared between a family. With each feeding session, there's not just the transfer of nutrients, but also warmth, comfort, and boundless love.

To all the beautiful parents out there, whether you're breastfeeding, formula feeding, or anything in between, your commitment is unparalleled. Every minute you spend, every sacrifice you make, is a testament to the extraordinary lengths a parent will go to ensure her child's well-being.

So, here's to celebrating parenthood in all its facets. To the tireless hours, the sleepless nights, and the countless moments of pure, unconditional love. You're doing an incredible job, and the world needs to recognize that parenting is indeed a full-time job – and then some. ❤️👩‍👧‍👦

When taken by fathers, parental leave also facilitates greater involvement by fathers in caring for the family, thus promoting sharing of care responsibilities between parents and reducing the burden for mothers who usually take the larger share.

The cost of not has enormous implications at the individual, family and societal level. The provision of workplace breastfeeding rooms and nursing breaks are low-cost interventions that can improve breastfeeding, job performance and employee retention.

'Skin to Skin' also known as the Kangaroo Care, is not just a bonding activity between parents and the baby. After parturition, when the baby is separated from their mother, baby burns calories and fat while trying to stabilise. 🤱

The love hormone- ‘Oxytocin’ is released as a result of skin to skin and relaxes the mother and baby. The more they are placed skin to skin, greater the benefits!

🌸 It works better than any incubator or warmer
🌸 It is a life saver for small/premature babies.
🌸 It reduces the risk of depression in stressful times and during emergencies
🌸 It can help the baby build a healthy immune system when done along with breastfeeding
🌸 It regulates baby’s temperature, heart rate, breathing and blood sugar
🌸 It can help boost up that milk supply
🌸 It aids weight gain in babies
🌸 It helps a mother respond to her baby's needs in a more synchronised manner

Babies should receive at least 90 minutes of skin to skin after birth.

Don’t we let the visitors in during that time?😱
