A happy little milestone to share. 😊

I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with NDTV on a feature about blue light blocking glasses.

It’s one of those topics that almost everyone has heard about, many people have bought into, and yet there is still so much confusion around it.

As an eye doctor, I love opportunities like this—not just because they allow me to talk about eye health, but because they help bring reliable, science-based information to a much larger audience.
