یکی از دشوارترین و چالشبرانگیزترین عوارض در جراحیهای ترمیمی و ثانویه بینی، کمبود پوست ناحیه کلوملا یا پایه بینی است. با وجود روشهای مختلفی که برای اصلاح این مشکل پیشنهاد شدهاند، میزان موفقیت آنها محدود بوده و بدشکلی حاصل اغلب قابل چشمپوشی نیست.
در مقاله تازه منتشرشده دکتر سازگار و همکارانش در مجله معتبر Aesthetic Plastic Surgery، این چالش از همان نخستین مراحل جراحی مورد توجه و مدیریت قرار گرفته است. ما مفتخریم که مطالعه این مقاله را به همکاران عزیز توصیه کنیم، به امید آنکه بتوانیم خدماتی بهتر و نتایجی مطلوبتر برای بیمارانمان فراهم کنیم.
One of the most challenging complications in revision and reconstructive rhinoplasty is columellar skin deficiency. Although various techniques have been proposed to address this issue, their success rates have been limited and the resulting deformities are often difficult to overlook.
