Un anno complesso come dico spesso morire per rinascere, cambiare pelle e lasciare andare ciò che non può essere guarito.
In questo ultimo viaggio iniziatico ho ricevuto tanto, tanta armonia e tanto amore lasciandomi essere solo me stessa.
E la luce era con me l amore che mi ha insegnato a fidarmi del mio corpo a sentirlo e a danzarci. Ecco ciò che vorrei per il 2026 danzare con la energia fluire anche nelle ombre e portare tanta armonia.
Voi che dite? Vogliamo danzare insieme?

A complex year, as I often say: dying to be reborn, shedding skin, and letting go of what cannot be healed.
In this last initiatory journey, I received so much, so much harmony and so much love, letting myself be myself.
And the light was with me, the love that taught me to trust my body, to feel it and dance with it. This is what I would like for 2026: to dance with the energy flowing even in the shadows and bring so much harmony.
