In this house in Colombia, I have a full tea collection. Every day I try to learn more about my herbs. I like to think of them as potions and elixirs. Play witchy woman with me and learn to use the right ones for each moment.

Some extra tips:
ALWAYS cover your tea while it steeps.

Many medicinal herbs contain volatile aromatic compounds. Leaving your cup uncovered allows some of those compounds to escape into the air rather than go into your body.

Don’t boil the water when I put the brewing temp as less. This can destroy powerful effects.

Comment what you need a potion for and ill respond with a reel to help you!

Breathe.
Unravel the pressure.
Release the need to be more.

You are already okay, just as you are.

I’m offering you my free Root Chakra guided meditation,

This is the first in my healing chakra series. It’s normally available for $18.99, but ! believe anyone feeling unsafe, anxious, or in deep pain should have the opportunity to sit with themselves and begin to heal.

This series took me over a year to record, edit, and create. It features healing , tuned to the vibrations of the natural universe. The imagery is both scientifically grounded and channeled through an infinite source.

Click the link in my bio to listen.
20 minutes of free healing :) from me to you.

I wish I could travel really, really light, but something that I cannot live without is my tea collection.

1) Loose-leaf tea 🍵

When I’m traveling, I’ll have a mixed jar of rose and butterfly pea flower, fennel, moringa, or whatever blend I’m currently obsessed with. I’ve had tea powders explode in my bags more than once, and I still keep traveling with them.

The great thing about loose-leaf teas is that they have medicinal properties and can help in almost every situation. If someone around me is feeling anxious, depleted, needs muscle recovery, or needs something energizing like matcha, I almost always have something for it.

2) Good olive oil 🫒

Not only is it delicious, but it’s also incredibly good for you. It can help reduce inflammation, support healthy aging, improve nutrient absorption, and may even support brain health.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, healthy oils also help bring moisture and lubrication to the body. As women age, dryness tends to increase in the skin, joints, hair, digestion, and even the nervous system. Keeping healthy fats in the diet is one simple way to support vitality, softness, and resilience over time.

3) Bananas & blueberries 🫐🍌

I eat them every single day. I buy blueberries almost immediately when I arrive somewhere new.

They’re packed with antioxidants and are great for skin, hair, and overall health.

4) Nuts & seeds 🌻

My cabinet is usually full of chia, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower seeds, walnuts, and almonds.

If I had to choose one favorite, it would be pumpkin seeds. They’re packed with protein, great for your skin and hair, and make a delicious snack when roasted and salted.

5) Greek yogurt 🥣

A staple breakfast for me. It’s high in protein, great for digestion, and one of those foods I always come back to.

I’m not obsessed with probiotics, but I do think a lot about digestion and energy, and yogurt is something I genuinely wouldn’t want to live without.

What are the 5 things you always keep in your kitchen?
