Trust and acceptance are two critical factors to be able to surrender. And acceptance is where the magic happens. The more you stop judging your thoughts and feelings, the more you create distance from that busy mind monkey activity and recognize what's actually real: your soul, your true self. That's when the conscious and subconscious merge. And here's the truth: this isn't just mediumship. This is life. The more you accept and surrender to your highest self and listen to your soul, the more everything flows. Your relationships. Your work. Your purpose. When you stop fighting what is and start trusting what's true, resistance starts to dissolve.
