๐ŸŒŸLeadership Spotlight ๐ŸŒŸ

Meet our Founder & Clinical Director, Kaysee Pascalli, M.A., BCBA, NJ LBA

Kaysee began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2020 as a Registered Behavior Technician, gaining direct clinical experience supporting individuals with autism. She earned a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University with a concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorder followed by obtaining licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2023.

Kaysee founded Soaring Sprouts ABA in 2025 due to the overwhelming need for high quality autism support services in New Jersey and surrounding areas. The company was created from a genuine passion for helping others and a belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Today, she leads our clinical team with a focus on evidence-based practice, ethical service delivery, and high-quality client and family outcomes. Her work is centered on improving access to effective ABA services and supporting families through compassionate, individualized care.

Her mission remains consistent: deliver meaningful support that promotes lasting progress. At Soaring Sprouts, we believe progress takes flight when families and professionals work together. Every child has the potential to soar, and itโ€™s our purpose to help them discover their wings ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŒป

Autism is a lifelong neurodevelopmental condition. It affects how people experience, interact with, and relate to the world around them. Autism affects people differently โ€“ which is why thereโ€™s a common saying: โ€œIf youโ€™ve met one Autistic person, youโ€™ve met one Autistic person.โ€

Autistic people have different experiences and need different levels of support.

There are many misunderstandings about autism that can be harmful, and these can make it harder for Autistic people to access the support they need.

Here are some facts about autism that are often misunderstood:
๐Ÿง  Most Autistic people want to make friends, though some may find this difficult.
๐Ÿง  Autistic people experience the same range of emotions as other people, they may just express them differently.
๐Ÿง  Autism is defined by differences in social communication and behaviours, not intelligence. Intellectual disability or high intelligence may co occur with autism.
๐Ÿง  There is no cure for autism, but Autistic people can develop skills for life with the right support.

Autistic people have great strengths which should be celebrated. These include:
๐Ÿง  Noticing patterns, details, or inconsistencies that others may miss.
๐Ÿง  Deep focus and persistence, particularly when working on areas of interest.
๐Ÿง  Honesty, integrity, and direct communication, which can support trust and clarity in relationships.
