Today, I have been preparing some beautiful Natural Face Creams😊, blending Essential Oils with Carrier oils and Base creams. Using Frankincense, Rose and Mandarin with carrier oils of Sea Buckthorn, Rosehip and Wheatgerm gently blended into a natural base cream with Vitamin E. It's the most gorgeous colour, aroma and texture and a little goes a long way😊. This is a great blend for the more mature, dehydrated and sun kissed skin. I am delighted with the results🤩😍.

Join us tomorrow at 10am, St Ouen's Parish Hall, for our Strength and Balance Class. Movement is not only good for our bodies, but also for our minds and we have a lot of fun😂. It's never too late to start, and in our class all levels are welcome, we adapt to the individual 🥰. Look forward to seeing you 🤩😍

Today Carol and I joined The Laugh Move and Groove class🤩 at St Ouen's Parish Hall. She had great fun and wonderful support from the leaders🙏.Thankyou for letting us join in 🥰. Just a reminder there will be no Strength and Balance Class tomorrow or Thursday as I am returning to Ireland with Carol🫠. Will be back next week 😍

Hip hip hurray👏💃🤸, have just completed all my training🤓, and now qualified as an Activity and Well-being Instructor🤩. Having completed courses in Strength and Balance and Indepen-Dance in Ireland, over the past year, I shall be offering classes, and 1 to 1 sessions, to all abilities within the coming months. As many of you know I have been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis, the most severe joints effected are sadly my hands, due to repetitive movement of massaging for over 25yrs, I have literally worn them out 🤪. I was devastated at first 🫣, but have combined my Anatomy and physiology, clinical aromatherapy and many years of doing body work. with movement and fun. I now realise I can still support my clients health and happiness just in a different way🥰 and also with a deeper understanding. Thankfully Les is now full time at Natural Therapies and is an Advanced Clinical Massage and sports therapist, so I know everyone is being well looked after and it's lovely to have him by by side😍 and is now my hands🤣. I look forward to seeing you all soon😃, and continuing to support you all, just in a different way. Thankyou everyone for your love, support and encouragement, you are the ones who give me the courage, resilience and motivation to continue to do what I love 😘🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

We had a lot of fun 🤣 at Strech and Balance this morning🤩. We added a bit of IndepenDance, this training has been amazing, back to Ireland next week to finish course and very excited to then be teaching this in various Parish's throughout the Island.
