京都大学大学院医学研究科人間健康科学系専攻の青山研究室を中心とした研究グループのfacebookページです。

"Hamanalysis Square"は「人を識る場所」の造語です。病気や事故、災難、誤解、

うまくいかないことの解決の第一歩はまず「識ること」から始まります。
社会、個人、臓器、細胞、分子は大きさも構成要素もそれぞれ異なりますが、うまくいかないことの根源はいっしょではないでしょうか。

"Hamanalysis Square"はそんな社会の問題、個人の問題、臓器の問題、分子の問題を皆で識るために集まる広場です。
今、私達はこの広場に立って大きな山を見上げています。

「人を護り、人を拓き、人を創る」
これは福岡県筑紫丘高等学校の校歌の一部を引用して教員、学生が皆で考えた理念です。
いつかこの広場から「人を護り、人を拓き、人を創る」ことへと踏み出していけることを目標にしており

ます。

第63回日本リハビリテーション医学会学術集会に参加してまいりました。青山はシンポジウム講演、博士課程の小藤大樹さんは座長と発表を務めるという二刀流で活躍しておりました。

博士課程3回生の小藤大樹さんの論文「Gait speed and health-related quality of life in hospitalized patients aged ≥75 years with hematologic malignancies before treatment: Multivariable and sex-specific analyses」がJournal of Geriatric Oncology誌に掲載されました。
本研究では、75歳以上の治療前の血液がん患者を対象に、身体機能指標、特に歩行速度と健康関連QOLとの関連を検討しました。治療前の歩行速度は健康効用値と独立して関連しており、Performance statusだけでは捉えにくい治療前の移動能力や健康関連QOLの把握に役立つ、簡便かつ補完的な指標となる可能性が示されました。

博士3回生のLiu Junyuさんの論文「Japanese-Language AI Agent System for Human Papillomavirus Vaccine Infoveillance and Public Communication: Development and Feasibility Evaluation」がJMIR Infodemiology誌に掲載されました。会話型チャットボットを通じて公衆に検証済みのHPVワクチン情報を提供しながら、同時にソーシャルメディアおよびユーザーインタラクションから医療機関向けのインフォベイランスレポートを生成する、二機能型AIエージェントシステムを開発・評価しました。

Doctor Course student Liu Junyu-san's paper, ‘Japanese-Language AI Agent System for Human Papillomavirus Vaccine Infoveillance and Public Communication: Development and Feasibility Evaluation’, has been published in JMIR Infodemiology. This study developed and evaluated a dual-purpose AI agent system that provides verified HPV vaccine information to the public via a conversational chatbot while simultaneously generating infoveillance reports for medical institutions from social media and user interactions.。

谷間(長井)桃子先生の論文｢Lower body kinematic changes induced by anterior cruciate ligament transection: an in vivo three-dimensional analysis in rats｣がPeerJ誌に掲載されました。ラットもACLを損傷すると特徴的な歩行をすることが明らかになり、今後のACLリハビリテーション研究の発展に寄与することが期待されます。

博士3回生の鈴木翔太さんの論文｢Gait changes in daily life during the healing process of fifth metatarsal fracture: a case report｣がJ Med Case Rep誌に掲載されました。
骨折の治癒過程において日常生活における歩容がどのように変化したかをWearable IMUデバイスを用いて解析した論文です。
骨折後のリハビリテーションを考えるうえで大変参考になる論文であり、デバイスです。

Doctor Course student S***a Suzuki-san's paper, ‘Gait changes in daily life during the healing process of fifth metatarsal fracture: a case report’, has been published in J Med Case Rep.
This paper analyses how gait patterns in daily life changed during the fracture healing process using a wearable IMU device.
It is a highly informative paper and device for considering post-fracture rehabilitation.
