Yogi Vinod Comes to Okinawa Straight from the Himalayas!
​Sivananda Yoga operates four residential ashrams and four drop-in centers across India. Yogi Vinod is the director of the ashram located in the breathtaking Himalayas 🏔️. His lessons are incredibly powerful, but what is even more amazing is his drumming—it is so captivating that it makes everyone want to dance! 👯‍♀️

​Join us for a dynamic session of Asana and Pranayama that rivals the powerful energy of the Ganges River, followed by a Satsang (meditation, kirtan, and a spiritual talk) filled with his incredible drumming 🪘. After the events, we will also host casual dinner gatherings with Yogi Vinod.

​Furthermore, we will be holding a special Goddess Puja (fire ceremony) 🔥 at the Surya Yoga Studio. Come and immerse yourself in the profound, authentic atmosphere of India!

こんにちは
オンライン瞑想夜会のお誘い
瞑想したいけど一人ではなかなか実行できない。。。そんな方いらしたら一緒に瞑想しませんか。
ガイダンスはインドのシヴァナンダヨガアシュラムのスタッフが行います。アファーメーションテクニックを使ったと〜っても前向きになれる瞑想でハッピーに眠りにつけます。
ビデオで参加しなくてもオッケーなので寝巻きで参加してくださいね。
私も参加者の一人です。
毎週土曜夜9時から30分
寄付　500円/1回
※先に投稿した火災にあったアシュラムの再建に充てます。
