🔬 How Bone Marrow Cell Classification 1.0 works on CarbConnect®.
The AI ingests a microscopy image and returns bounding-box detections with cell-type labels (e.g., N, E-AB, Blast). The operator reviews each label via manual adjustment — confirming, correcting (e.g., reclassifying a cell as "Blast"), or flagging uncertain detections as "Unknown".
That's human-in-the-loop hematology cytology by design. The AI surfaces a fast first-pass annotation; the trained operator retains the final say and contributes the nuanced judgments that matter on edge cases.

🔬 How ZOI Pro accelerates AST on CarbConnect®.
The AI ingests a disk-diffusion plate image and measures each zone of inhibition (e.g., 18.5mm, 24.8mm, 14.1mm). The operator confirms the bacterial isolate, and the system applies the relevant breakpoint table to return per-antibiotic interpretation: S (susceptible), R (resistant), or NO_MATCH where the organism-drug combination falls outside the table.
That's human-in-the-loop AST by design. The AI handles the precise, repetitive zone measurement; the trained microbiologist contributes organism identification and clinical context. Results are documented in a structured, audit-friendly format — useful for AMR surveillance research and laboratory QC.

ディスク拡散法(AST)は、薬剤耐性研究や臨床微生物学で広く用いられる標準的手法ですが、阻止円の手動測定は時間を要する作業です。本アプリは、プレート画像から阻止円径をAIで自動測定し、操作者が菌種を確認した時点で抗菌薬ごとのブレイクポイント判定(S/R/NO_MATCH)を返します。

Identifying and classifying cells on a bone marrow smear is foundational hematology work — and time-intensive. This new application takes a microscopy image and returns AI-detected cells with bounding boxes and cell-type labels, directly in the browser. No environment setup, no local install.
Built on CarbGeM's hematology image-AI stack. Researchers and educators can run the model on their own image data and refine labels via manual adjustment — including flagging uncertain cells as "Unknown" to keep the annotation trail honest.
