THE MAASAI MARA MYSTERY THAT SHOOK TWO NATIONS 🇰🇪🇬🇧

In September 1988, 28-year-old British wildlife photographer Julie Ward traveled into the Maasai Mara for what was supposed to be a routine week-long photo safari.
She was never seen alive again.

The Incident:
When her Suzuki land cruiser broke down near the Sand River camp, Julie was forced to spend the night in the wilderness alone. Days later, after she failed to return to Nairobi, her father flew into Kenya to search for her himself. What he discovered deep in the bush raised severe questions about accountability and justice.

The Official Cover-Up:
Authorities initially claimed Julie had been killed by wild animals or struck by lightning. But her father refused to accept the official story. Independent forensic experts later proved her death was a deliberate homicide.

For over 30 years, investigations pointed to high-profile figures and complex political cover-ups, yet to this day, no one has been permanently convicted for her murder.
