I am learning, that the former MP for Kiharu before Nyoro was Irungu Kang'ata whose track record as Murang'a governor right now is similar to Nyoro as MP. I remember Kang'ata was a legend in those days, driving a small car and living a modest life unlike his colleagues in parliament.
When Kanga'ata was the Kiharu MP, Ndindi Nyoro was the constituency's chairperson of the Kiharu CDF, perhaps why he is so competent at administering it.
Just how lucky can a constituency be?
