We are thrilled to share the remarkable success of the free eye camp held on June 7, 2026, at Christ the King Catholic Church in Miritini, Jomvu Sub-County. A total of 502 patients were screened, and 32 cataract patients experienced the life-changing benefit of successful surgeries. We also provided free eye medication and reading glasses, empowering our community to see clearly.

This camp was made possible through the collaboration of the Lions Club of Mombasa Pwani, that oversees the Lions Medical Centre aka Lions Medical Eye and Laser Centre, and Aravind Eye Hospital from India.
