Promotes FAHI academic programs, BLS, ACLS, First Aid, corporate training, school emergency response training, skills lab packages, and other approved short courses.

2. Sales & Marketing Associate – Home-Based Care
📍 Nairobi & Mombasa
Promotes FAHI Home-Based Care services, caregiver and nurse-supervised packages, elderly care, disability care, dementia care, palliative support, post-discharge care, diaspora family packages, and referral partnerships.

3. Sales & Marketing Associate – RN Recruitment, IELTS & Foreign Language Training
📍 Nairobi
Promotes RN recruitment pathways, NCLEX, CGFNS/TruMerit, VisaScreen support, IELTS, foreign language training, job-readiness, webinars, pre-departure classes, and partnerships with FAHI-affiliated NCLEX trainers.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert prospects into revenue
• Conduct field marketing and outreach
• Use Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and other digital platforms
• Organize live sessions and webinars
• Support proposal writing where required
• Submit weekly reports
• Work with monthly KPIs and targets

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Certificate, diploma, or higher qualification in marketing, business, communication, healthcare, education, IT, or a related field
• Practical sales or marketing experience
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of either the Nairobi Metropolitan or Coast region markets
