You feel anxious, helpless, hopeful, and excited,all at the same time. You wish you could take away her pain, yet all you can do is hold her hand, encourage her, and be present.

Then comes that first cry. In an instant, fear turns into joy, worry becomes gratitude, and your heart fills with a love that words can hardly explain.

The labour ward is not just where babies are born,it is where fathers are born too.
