🌿 MENTAL WELLNESS EXPO 2025 RECAP | SARIT EXPO CENTRE 🌿
This past week, the teams from Nueva Esperanza Treatment & Rehabilitation Centre and Empower Her Recovery Centre had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Mental Wellness Expo at Sarit Expo Centre — and what an enriching experience it was! 💚✨
From meaningful conversations to powerful collaborations, the event reminded us why mental health advocacy, recovery support, and community engagement matter so deeply.
📌 During the exhibition we:
🤝 Interacted with fellow professionals, practitioners, and stakeholders in the mental health and addiction recovery field.
💫 Reconnected with old friends and colleagues while also building new relationships and networks.
🌍 Created valuable connections, partnerships, and allies who share the same vision of promoting mental wellness, recovery, dignity, and hope.
💼 Engaged with potential clients, families, organizations, and strategic partners interested in our services and collaborative opportunities.
🎤 Proudly had one of our own members speak during the opening ceremony — a powerful reminder that lived experience and recovery voices matter and deserve a seat at the table.
🗣 Participated in two panel discussions that explored important conversations around mental health, addiction recovery, community support systems, and the future of wellness care in Kenya.
