LOSS AND GRIEF

This message is for you who could be going through separation or divorce. Maybe you are mourning a loved one or a pet, losing property or a job.

Yesterday we were thrilled to have been invited to psychoeducate peer counselors at Mt Kenya University on counseling process and practice.

Peer counselors act as relatable mentors who help reduce mental health stigma by encouraging health seeking behaviours amongst young people.
