🩺 Do you know your blood sugar levels?

There are different tests used to check for diabetes, including fasting blood sugar and HbA1c (glycated haemoglobin). 🩸

🔹 Fasting blood sugar requires 8–12 hours of fasting and shows your blood glucose level at that time.
🔹 HbA1c gives an estimate of your average blood glucose over the past 2–3 months and does not require fasting.

Regular testing can help detect prediabetes or diabetes early and support better health decisions. ❤️
