I’m thrilled to let you know that I am now offering Thai Table Massage and I’ll be hosting my last Community Massage event of the season coming up on Tuesday 6/2 at The Alchemy Space in Truckee from 5:00-8:00pm. Enjoy a 30-minute targeted massage and experience some of my specialties which include Myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and now Thai massage adapted for a massage table. Next Saturday 5/23 from 6:00-8:00pm, I’ll be hosting another Rose Healing Journey & Tea Party at The Alchemy Space in Truckee, CA. It has been so wonderful to explore the different colors of the roses, which each have a unique energetic quality. We will be working with the orange rose and our sacred sexuality.

Sanación con Rosas (Healing with Roses) comes from Mexico, and infuses you with the vibrant energy of fresh roses to harmonize your body, mind, and soul. This plant medicine meditation journey is suitable for women and men, or anybody ready to explore this often complex theme in a safe space for integration over comforting and relaxing tea. This is a clothed and individual experience in a group setting.

I was honored to participate in Teacher Appreciation Day at Truckee Elementary School, hosted by !! I offered 10-minute chair massage in a heated recliner chair. I love offering these sweet focused sessions in a reclining chair because it is so nice to take a load off in a warm seat and have work on the neck and shoulders. Please reach out if you are interested in setting something up like this for your business, corporate event or special day. I would love to collaborate. I always say some work is better than none and targeted work can bring much needed relief even in a short session.

There are two upcoming opportunities for Community Massage: Next Tuesday 5/12 and 6/2 from 5:00-8:00pm at The Alchemy Space in Truckee. These are targeted 30-minute sessions geared to bringing some relief, especially for those that are feeling the financial squeeze. We have a semi-private partitioned area within the lounge that allows for a focused experience, where I only work on one person at a time, so availability is limited. Everybody needs bodywork and this is my way of making it available. In my view, some work is better than none and shorter, targeted sessions can be effective without being a big commitment. I’m also excited to share that I’m now offering Thai Massage during these sessions, which integrates compression and stretching. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Hello everybody, I still have a few spots left for tomorrow’s Community Massage event at The Alchemy Space in Truckee from 6:00-8:00pm.

These are targeted 30-minute sessions designed to bring you some focused relief, especially for those who feel that they cannot afford an entire massage session. We work in a partitioned area within the lounge and it is fairly private. My specialties are Myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, cranial sacral and Thai Massage. Energy work also available.

Another opportunity to experience Community Massage at The Alchemy Space in Truckee, next Wednesday 2/4 from 5:00-8:00 pm.

Experience the benefits of fascia release therapy and/or Reiki in a comfortable, semi-private screened space within the community lounge. This clothed massage style works directly with the connective tissue (fascia)—no oils needed—and is perfect for addressing specific areas of tension within a focused 30-minute session. Can be blended with Reiki.

Only five appointments are available, so be sure to reserve your spot early. You’re warmly invited to enjoy the lounge before or after your session as part of this restorative community experience.

What to Wear: no lotions or oils

Women: sports bra and shorts

Men: shorts
