#ចែករំលែកគឺការមើលថែ "ហ្វាមី" យល់ច្បាស់តម្រូវការរបស់លោកអ្នក ពិសេសអ្នកជម្ងឺមហារីកដែលកំពុងប្រើប្រាស់ Port-a-cath ហើយខាងក្រោមនេះគឺជាវីធីសាស្ដ្រងាយៗក្នុងតំហែរក្សា Port-a-cath

Port-a-cath (ឬហៅកាត់ថា "Port") គឺជាឧបករណ៍តូចមួយដែលត្រូវបានបំពាក់នៅក្រោមស្បែករបស់អ្នក ដើម្បីសម្រួលដល់ក្រុមគ្រូពេទ្យក្នុងការផ្តល់ថ្នាំ(ជាពិសេសថ្នាំគីមី) សេរ៉ូម ឬបូមឈាម។

ការថែទាំ និងការពិនិត្យប្រចាំថ្ងៃ៖
១. ស្បែក: មើលតំបន់ជុំវិញ Port របស់អ្នករៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ ត្រូវតែស្អាត និងស្ងួតល្អ

២. ជៀសងាវ ការកកិត ឬសង្កត់ផ្ទាល់លើ Port ជៀសវាងមានការប៉ះទង្គិចខ្លាំង Port ក្រោមស្បែក។

៣. តាមដានសញ្ញាមិនប្រក្រតីនៃការបង្ករោគ ដូចជាក្រហមជុំវិញ port ឬក្តៅ ក្រហម តំបន់នោះ

៤. ការលាងសម្អាត flush technique រៀងរាល់1ខែម្ដង ពេលមិនបានប្រើ

"FAMI" understands your needs, especially those of cancer patients who are using a Port-a-cath. A Port-a-cath (also called a “Port”) is a small medical device placed under the skin. It allows healthcare professionals to administer medications, especially chemotherapy, intravenous fluids, and to draw blood.

Daily Care and Monitoring:

1. Check the skin:
Check the area around your Port every day. Keep the area clean and dry.

2. Avoid friction or pressure:
Avoid rubbing, pressing directly on, or putting excessive pressure on the Port. Protect the area from strong impacts or trauma.

3. Watch for signs of infection:
Monitor the area for unusual signs such as redness, warmth, swelling, or other changes around the Port. If you notice signs of infection, contact your healthcare team.

4. Flushing:
When the Port is not being used, it should be flushed regularly according to your healthcare provider’s instructions. The original text states once a month. The exact flushing schedule can vary depending on the Port and your healthcare facility’s protocol, so patients should follow their healthcare provider’s instructions.
