Three years ago, we began supporting Pong-Ror Primary School by helping build their library and creating a space for children to read and learn. Seeing that project come to life showed me what’s possible when our community comes together, and we aren’t finished yet. 📚

This September 20th, I’m hosting a special one-day Karma Yoga Retreat to return to Pong-Ror. We’re taking our practice off the mat once again to help them with garden and small construction work, alongside a morning yoga practice themed "I am here by my heart" and a traditional water blessing.
