This patient underwent upper blepharoplasty with ptosis correction, combined with lower blepharoplasty and under-eye fat repositioning and lateral canthopexy.

The procedure helped improve the upper eyelid opening while softening the appearance of under-eye bags and hollowness. Lateral canthopexy was also performed to support and refine the outer corner of the eye, creating a brighter and more refreshed look.
