High Protein Crepe 🀍

Ingredients:
β€’ 3 egg whites
β€’ 1 tbsp oat flour
β€’ 1 tsp vanilla extract
β€’ 1 tsp sweetener (I used erythritol)

Instructions:

1. Lightly beat the egg whites for ~20 seconds (until slightly frothy)
2. Add the oat flour, vanilla, and sweetener
3. Mix well until smooth
4. Pour into a non-stick pan over low medium heat
5. Cook, flip, and cook the other side
