If you continue on doing what is expected from you instead of what you want, you'll never be satisfied.
Eventhough currently as a speech therapist, the most needed field might be within a paediatric setting or with kids (early childhood specialized centers), I actually found myself more in the medical field within neurological rehabilitation for adults and geriatric cases. 🙌 Hard? Yes kind of 100 times more, especially the daily work and research that needs to be done, plus learning from older experts.
But worth it? ABSOLUTELY yes.🤍

P.S. I still love working with learning difficulties cases so it's still on my list of cases
