💍 THE HONEYMOON IS OVER

At the beginning, love feels effortless.

Then real life arrives.

Responsibilities.
Stress.
Disappointments.
Unspoken expectations.

And two good people can suddenly find themselves feeling lonely in the same relationship.

Many men seek intimacy to feel connected.

Many women need connection before they desire intimacy.

Neither is wrong.

The problem is misunderstanding.

The honeymoon is over.

What happens next is a choice.

🧠 Mental Gym | “Open the Window”

It’s strange, isn’t it?

Outside, it’s summer.

The beaches are full.
The skin gets darker.
The pictures get brighter.

From the outside, everything looks warm.

But inside?

For many, it’s still winter.

Not because the sun isn’t shining.

Not because life forgot them.

But because the windows remain closed and the curtains remain drawn.

This week’s Mental Gym is a gentle reminder that warmth is not always something to find.

Sometimes, it’s something to let in.

The sun will shine on everyone.

Unfortunately, not everyone will open the windows and draw back the curtains.

People rarely come with the real issue.

They come with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or frustration.

But often, the real struggle is not what’s happening today.

It’s the meaning they attached to an experience years ago.

A rejection.
A disappointment.
A failure.
A moment that quietly shaped how they see themselves.

When the meaning changes, the response changes.

And that’s often where transformation begins.

One pattern I frequently uncover during RTT sessions is this:

The people who struggle to say no, who put everyone else’s needs before their own, and who feel guilty for asking for help often learned this lesson very early in life.

As children, many of them watched a parent who was overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or carrying more than they could handle. Without anyone telling them directly, they reached a silent conclusion:

“I don’t want to be a burden.”

So they became the easy child.
The understanding child.
The child who needed less.

Years later, that same child often becomes the adult who takes care of everyone else while neglecting themselves.

What looks like people-pleasing on the surface is often a survival strategy that began with love, concern, and a child’s desire to protect a parent.

The Dangers I Never Knew About!

One of the biggest mistakes I’ve seen is staying silent to keep the peace.

I’ve watched people hide their feelings, avoid difficult conversations, and hope that things will somehow get better on their own.

They rarely do.

What isn’t expressed doesn’t disappear. It often grows into distance, misunderstanding, and resentment.

I’ve learned that speaking up doesn’t have to be harsh. It can be kind, respectful, and loving.

But it still needs to happen.

Sometimes, the most courageous thing a person can do is to communicate their emotional reality before silence damages something they worked hard to build.

I CANT HANDLE THIS ANYMORE!

“This work is going to kill me.”

We’ve all said it at some point.

And yes, sometimes life genuinely asks too much of us. Deadlines pile up. Responsibilities grow. The pressure is real.

But often, when we stop and look closely, we discover something important:

It is not only the workload that is exhausting us.

It is the endless stream of “what ifs.”

What if I fail?
What if I disappoint people?
What if I can’t handle this?

The mind starts treating fears as facts, and suddenly the burden feels twice as heavy.

One of the most powerful exercises I know is to separate what is actually happening from what we are imagining might happen.

Facts create clarity.
Clarity calms anxiety.

Maybe today, before saying, “This work is going to kill me,” ask yourself:

Is it really the work?

Or is it the anxiety surrounding it?

I Can’t Forgive My Self!!

✅To book a session with me please send me a WhatsApp on 81312918

Sometimes a person says one sentence, makes one awkward comment, or experiences one uncomfortable moment…

And then replays it for days.

What’s interesting is that the suffering often doesn’t come from the moment itself.

It comes from reliving it repeatedly in the mind, long after everyone else has moved on.

The ability to let go of a mistake is not weakness.

It’s emotional freedom.

SO TIRED OF OVERTHINKING!

✅To book a session with me please send me a WhatsApp on 81312918

Have you ever read a text message over and over again, trying to figure out what the other person really meant?

Are they upset?
Are they hinting at something?
Did I do something wrong?

When your nervous system is used to looking for danger, it can find threats where there are none.

The question I often ask clients is:

“What else could this mean if I don’t make it about me?”

Sometimes, that one question is enough to quiet the noise and bring you back to reality.

IS HE LEAVING ME?

✅To book a session with me please send me a WhatsApp on 81 312918

He said one thing in a colder tone…
and now your mind cannot rest.

You replay it.
You overthink it.
You need reassurance again and again just to feel safe.

Meanwhile…
he’s sleeping peacefully beside you.

That’s when you realize:
you are not reacting only to this moment.

You are reacting to every moment that once made emotional distance feel dangerous.

Toxic Mistake When Depressed!
✅To book a session with me please send me a WhatsApp on 81312918

One of the most toxic things depressed people do to themselves is expecting to go from 0 to 1000 overnight.

They pressure themselves to suddenly become productive, motivated, social, confident, healed.
And when they can’t… they feel even more hopeless.

Healing is not a massive jump.
It is small repeated steps that slowly teach the brain safety, energy, and hope again.
