When Manel Mallat first came to Waterbear, pain and instability were affecting both her daily movement and performance on stage.

Through a full body assessment, we identified weaknesses within a movement chain that were causing imbalance and shaking during exercise. From there, we built a targeted program using the Redcord station to strengthen, stabilize, and restore proper movement patterns.

Today, Manel trains pain-free, moves with confidence, and performs exercises that once felt difficult without discomfort, all while feeling stronger during her performances on stage.
