You can learn a lot about how someone has been living just by watching the way they breathe.
Stress changes the breath,
emotions shape it,
even the way we sit all day
slowly affects it over time.
We donโt usually notice this until our body starts asking for more space.
That is why breathwork can feel so grounding and emotional at the same time. It gives the system a chance to soften out of patterns it has been holding for too long.
