Taking place inside a traditional yogic ashram,
where practice becomes part of daily life.

If you know us,
you already know that for us yoga
is not about performance or achievement.

For us, yoga is about listening, awareness, and connection.

In the training, we go through a process of listening
to the body, the breath, the movement of energy,
and the flow of our awareness,
bringing them to act as one living system.

From this place,
healing and spiritual growth happen naturally.

The training is perfect for practitioners
who want to experience yoga with more depth,
and for teachers (or those who wish to become teachers),
who connect to this way of practicing and sharing yoga.

Learning yoga in its birthplace is a unique experience
of color, sound, devotion, fire rituals, temples, movement,
and a deep human warmth that is hard to explain until you are there.

Last week, we moved to a new apartment, in a new city.

There is something exciting about packing your whole house, decluttering, letting go of things you no longer need, and making room for something new.

Then, arriving in a new space, arranging your things differently, finding new places for familiar objects, and slowly creating a new home.

There is a feeling of refreshment, rejuvenation, and excitement in it.

We moved to a very new and quiet city. Our home looks out onto a beautiful view, you can see it in the picture, and it feels so good to step away from the intensity of a big city and into a calmer space, closer to nature, away from constant cars, noise, and crowds.

In this kind of peace, new ideas, practices, and motivation arrive.

And of course, our mission to spread love in the world, especially in these troubling times, continues.

We know healthy food supports a healthy body but the same is true for the mind. The content, conversations, energy, and information we consume every day all shape how we think and feel.

We canโ€™t control every input, but we can help to create nourishing and uplifting moments to feed into our mind.

A good book, a comedy that makes you laugh, the sound of the ocean, uplifting conversations, time in natureโ€ฆ little by little, these things shape our inner world.
