One thing I’ve realised is that confidence doesn’t come from knowing HPV will never come back.

It comes from knowing what you’d do if it did.

There’s a big difference between living in fear and simply being prepared.

I can’t control everything life throws at me. None of us can.

But I can control how I support my body, how I respond, and knowing I have a plan if I ever need one again.

And I think that’s a much more peaceful place to be. 🤍

I came across this and it got me thinking.

Prevention matters, of course.

But most of the women I speak to are already past that point.

They’ve already had s*x.
They’ve already been exposed.
Some of them already have HPV.

And from what we know, the vaccine protects against the strains you haven’t been exposed to yet.

So naturally the question becomes —
what does that actually mean on an individual level?

How effective is it for you, specifically?

And how do you make that decision in a way that feels informed and right for your situation?

Because that part isn’t always talked about in detail.

I’m really curious how you see this.
