PranaTanya Vinyasa Flow Classes in Belair - all levels welcome! At PranaTanya we offer vinyasa flow classes for all levels. Classes are held by Tanya Lofy.

She motivates students to find the connection with their bodies. The +20 years of experience with different styles of yoga which she brings to the mat, make her classes unique and joyful.

90-minutes lessons include pranayama, meditation and asana. Pupils benefit from small intimate classes. Tanya holds one public vinyasa classe a week:

Tuesday: 18:20 - 19:50

Private classes available on request. Drop-in class: 18€
10 classes: 15€ per class (150€ in total, valid for 3 months)
