What a weekend! 🚴‍♀️💗

So much fun joining the Femaletour.charitybike ride in support of Think Pink Lux
cycling along the beautiful Mosel and finishing at .
It was stunning, and the result great but the heat definitely reminded us that hydration isn’t optional! 💦

A little summer cycling reminder: drink before you’re thirsty, wear sunscreen, take regular breaks, and listen to your body. No ride is worth risking your health.

When out and about over the summer, make sure you’re only bringing home fond memories, not an E. coli infection. 🐑🐣 Wash hands thoroughly using soap and water after handling animals or touching surfaces and hands should always be washed before eating or drinking and after using the toilet. Antibacterial hand gels and wipes are not a substitute for washing hands.
