"The mind is absolutely unoriginal, the mind is a bio-computer.
Look at your life. Everything is repeated in it: everyday situations, relationships, everyday reactions, states of joy and sadness. A person repeats the same mistakes. He can't even come up with new mistakes, he's like a broken record. In friendships, business, family and love relationships, he makes the same mistake. Moreover, he is already tired of it, he sees in advance how it is approaching... And he can’t do anything. Because he himself does not change.
But how to stop the repetition?
First of all, you need to realize that it exists. Most people work and live like machines. A person arises only when you cease to be a machine, when you start moving along a new path, moving into the unknown. And people are used to always moving into the known: what they did, they do again and again. And they are becoming more and more skilled at it. They simply become professionals at making the same mistakes. They become predictable. A conscious being is always moving from the known to the unknown. An unconscious being always moves from known to known, in a circle.
Therefore, one must become aware of repetition.
This will be destructive to the ego because any person thinks that he is original. No, the mind is never original. It is always in a state of ossification. It collects only what is known. The mind cannot know the unknown. It only moves in a circle. To know the unknown, the mind has to be dropped, and then, suddenly, you are in the midst of the unknown. The whole is unknown. The known is dead, the unknown is alive. The unknown is what religious people call God.
No matter how much you comprehend it, it is incomprehensible.
Therefore, there are three movements. From known to known is the mind. From the known to the unknown is consciousness. From unknown to unknown is superconsciousness. Man becomes Divine when he moves from unknown to unknown. Then he dropped the mind completely. Then there is no past, no future. Everything reaches its limit here and now. In the here-and-now the Whole exists in its absolute beauty and infinity, in its absolute holiness and completeness. It is important to understand that the mind is absolutely unoriginal, the mind is a bio-computer. If you don't go beyond it, it will show you the old pattern again and again. And you will be like a squirrel in a wheel. The mind is the wheel of life and death.
Realize this.
Observation will bring transformation.
Next, it is important to become alert when the mind returns to the wheel. If you are alert, you must introduce a new element into your actions, attitudes and experiences. When you are about to repeat something habitual, push yourself at that moment, be attentive, and suddenly you will feel a change. When you are alert, the watcher arises in you, and watching is transformation. Even scientists have found that if you observe trees, they change their behaviour. And physicists say that electrons change their behaviour when they are observed. Science says that the whole is alive, it is a universal ocean of life and consciousness. If an electron changes its orbit and behaviour, then one can imagine what enormous energy arises during observation.
By observing oneself, a person awakens enormous energy of transformation. Everything starts to change around. And you can get rid of automatism, from mechanicalness. Overcoming internal mechanicalness will help open a new world, new relationships, new spaces of love. Get rid of the habit of being a loser, an unhappy person and part with negativity. Vigilance and awareness are always positive. Living mechanically constantly creates terrible obstacles. And if a person does not do it himself, then someone else fixes them, because he would like someone to fix obstacles. You're the only one stopping yourself. And it became a habit. You need to start being aware of your daily activities: how you eat, wash, talk, love, get irritated. Watch them and things will begin to change. Be attentive, sensitive, awakened to yourself and to others."
