كانت هذه الحالة تعاني من تراكم كبير في الترسبات والجير على الأسنان، مما سبب لها:
🔹 التهاب في اللثة
🔹 رائحة غير مرغوب فيها في الفم
🔹 نزيف أثناء تفريش الأسنان

بعد الفحص، تم إجراء جلسة تنظيف عميق للأسنان مع تلميع لإزالة الترسبات والبكتيريا المتراكمة.

▪️ Pulp extirpation
▪️ Instrumentation up to 30/.04 🔧
▪️ Final irrigation protocol with ultrasonic activation ✨
▪️ Obturation using cold lateral compaction

🔹 Final Restoration:
