Root canal treatment was completed for the lower 7 tooth. The canals were cleaned and shaped, then obturated using bioceramic sealer with gutta-percha.

[Rct for lower first premolar ]

Chief complain:
•A female patient complains of continuous night pain associated with the lower first premolar.

Diagnosis : irreversible pulpitis.

Clinical steps:
•Access cavity
•Rubber dam isolation
•Working length determination using apex locator and confirmed by X-ray
•Rotary shaping till 30/4
•Irrigation protocol performed by using NaOCl + EDTA + Saline final rinse

•Obturation The canal was obturated with gutta-percha and sealer using the lateral condensation technique.

• Aesthetic rehabilitation for a central and lateral incisor performed by a composite restoration and a crown following endodontic treatment 🪄🦷

Four different composite shades were used to mimic natural tooth ✨
A wax index technique was used to guide the reconstruction of the palatal wall and ensure accurate anatomical form during composite restoration.

•There is an infection (fistula) in the adjacent tooth due to a previous injury.
A root canal was preformed for upper left lateral.

•Following endodontic treatment, a fiber post was placed to strengthen the tooth and enhance retention. Subsequently, a full coverage crown was fabricated to restore esthetics and function due to significant coronal fracture.
