It's based on the principle that we are all m

ade of five primary elements: space (ether), air, fire, water, and earth. When these elements are in balance with each other, good health is achieved; when they're out of balance, illness can occur. This has been put into practice for thousands of years—and it works! As part of my learning process, I'm also learning how to make my own organic and natural products so that I can stay healthy throughout my life—and share those products with others who want to do the same!
