Last weekend, Wavey hosted the Galaxy Kidz Wellness & Sustainable Gastronomy Workshop at the Edutainment Center to celebrate Sustainable Gastronomy Day – bringing together families from the Women's Federation Outlying Islands Family Service Station for a day of fitness and healthy food! 💚

The fun-filled event kicked off with a Capoeira class led by Mestre Eddy from Axe Capoeira Macau. Through encouragement and playful challenges, the children accomplished impressive moves, building both confidence and strength. 💪

After all that energetic fun, Chef Daniel, Sous Chef of Casa Da Rosa at and Macau's first local representative in the United Nations “Young Chefs Programme," brought fresh, sustainable ingredients to the Edutainment Center. The kids turned into little nutritionists, planning and creating their very own healthy sandwiches. 🥪🌱

From Capoeira kicks to sandwich making, Wavey is excited to take steps together with his friends toward a healthier planet and a healthier us – embracing wellness and sustainability every step of the way. 🌍

上周末，小淘淘在「童」樂坊舉辦了「童」在銀河健樂及可持續美食工作坊，與婦聯離島家庭服務站的家庭一起慶祝「可持續發展美食烹調日」，度過了充滿活力與健康美食的一天！💕

活動由巴西戰舞體驗揭開序幕，特別邀請到澳門巴西戰舞的 Mestre Eddy 親自帶領。在鼓勵與趣味挑戰中，小朋友們完成了多個高難度動作，增強了體魄，也建立了滿滿的自信與力量！🥊

緊接著，澳門首位入選聯合國「青年廚師計劃」兼 #澳門銀河 羅夫人咖啡館副主廚趙家鍵帶來新鮮又可持續的食材，孩子們變身小小營養師，親手設計並製作專屬於自己的健康三文治。😋
