今日世係界精神衛生日。2023年主題係「人人享有心理健康基本人權」。

世界衛生組織將精神健康(aka 心理健康)定義爲「一種安和嘅狀態，喺呢種狀態中，每個人能夠瞭解自己嘅潛力，能夠處理一般嘅生活壓力，能夠有成效地工作，並能夠對社會作出貢獻。」因此，精神健康唔單指有或冇患上精神障礙。想了解更多「什麼是精神健康」，請參閱早前本中心準備的圖文👉 bit.ly/3IqnWY8

Today is the World Mental Health Day. The campaign for 2023 is “Mental health is a universal human right”.

Mental health, also known as psychological health, is defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as "a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community".
