Silence doesn’t always mean absence.
Sometimes, silence is where we pause, reflect, learn, and allow things to take shape.
I’ve been a little quiet here over the past few months, but there has been plenty happening in the background. I’ve been learning, growing, reflecting on my work, and making space for some new things to emerge.
One of those things is completing my EMDR training. I’m now a trainee EMDR practitioner, and I’m looking forward to continuing to develop this approach and explore how it can support people who have experienced trauma. If you’re curious about what EMDR involves or wondering whether it might be something that could be helpful for you, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
There are also a few other professional developments and initiatives quietly taking shape in the background — all with the same intention of creating more opportunities for meaningful support, connection and positive mental health and wellbeing.
So perhaps this isn’t really a return from silence, but simply a moment to let you know that there has been a lot happening quietly behind the scenes. 🤍
