We're seeking a passionate leader with strong technical expertise to drive operational excellence, build a high-performing team, and help shape the future of optical laboratory services.

What we're looking for:
✔ Relevant degree or recognised technical qualification
✔ 8+ years' experience in an ophthalmic lens laboratory
✔ Expertise in modern lens processing and quality management
✔ Fluent in English and/or French

You will welcome and assist customers, provide guidance on eyewear and frame selection, coordinate appointments and orders, process customer records and support our after-sales service.

What we’re looking for:
✓ HSC/GCE A Level or equivalent
✓ Good communication skills in English and French
✓ Customer-focused, organised and well-presented
✓ Good numeracy, attention to detail and digital skills
✓ Previous retail or customer service experience would be an advantage
