At Nditha we provide a comprehensive assessment utilizing our clinical experience and different standardized tests to assess a child’s development and ability to manage day to day tasks such a independence in self-care, scholastic activities, and leisure tasks. We also see adult clients who have a wide range of physical, speech, cognitive and occupational problems. Most people never see the inside of a rehabilitation center until they need one.
We think that should change.

This is our physiotherapy space at Nditha, where assessments happen, treatment plans are built, and recovery actually begins.

Every piece of equipment in this room is used with one goal: helping you or someone you love move better, hurt less, and get back to daily life.

Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing a long-term condition, or noticing that something just does not feel right, this is where we start. With a proper assessment. With a clear plan. With qualified hands guiding the process.

Take a look inside.

We had honest conversations with our therapists and they opened up about their different life challenges, what they used to struggle with and how they overcame it.

The aim of the video is to reach out and influence someone to seek professional help to overcome their life difficulties.

In 2023, she came to Nditha Rehabilitation Centre feeling worried and unsure.

Her child was struggling with key milestones, things that other children seemed to pick up naturally. Before coming to Nditha, she had already moved from one service provider to another, still searching for answers that never felt complete.

At Nditha, everything started to change.

Through occupational therapy, speech therapy, and support with writing skills, her child slowly began to improve in ways she had almost stopped hoping for.

Today, she speaks about progress she can see with her own eyes, real development, real growth, real change.

These are the stories we are honoured to be part of.

At Nditha Rehabilitation Centre, β€œI can’t” slowly becomes β€œI can.” 🩡

Sometimes isolating yourself feels easier.

Less explaining.
Less pretending.
Less dealing with people.

But over time, silence can start feeling heavier than connection.

Alinafe and Natasha from Workforce Recruitment Services shared their thoughts on how avoiding social interaction can affect mental health.
