Today, 15 th September 2026, the KCH Centre for Global Health and Innovations (KCGHI) conducted an orientation for Heads of Departments and Managers at Kamuzu Central Hospital (KCH) on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The orientation focused on strengthening performance monitoring, accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous quality improvement across the hospital.
